What's an Epoch?
In CD, we have Epochs. These are significant points in time when staffing changes. This means that we reset counts and just need to count in the current Epoch.
Relative counts
When we count each oncall, we take into consideration the percentage oncall that the person does based on their jobplan on that oncall. So, the counts presented here are relative counts. A LTFT80 person gets 100/80 for an oncall.
Weekend Counts
The weekend count is the total number of weekend days (Fri, Sat or Sun) divided by three. In some cases this is not a whole number, usually because of Christmas oncall rotas or swaps.
